1. About this website
This website presents the GrijaAI project and allows people to register interest in a Pilot programme. At this stage, the website and project are operated by GREEN SEEDS KD SRL, CUI RO46571730, registered at Hărman, 632 Eremia Grigorescu St., Brașov County, Romania. Contact: greenseedskd@gmail.com.
2. Project status
GrijaAI is a project in development. Information about features, devices, availability, the pilot and pricing describes the current direction or validation assumptions and may change. Registering interest does not guarantee acceptance, availability or participation in the Pilot and does not constitute an order or a contract for supply of the service.
3. Medical and safety limitations
GrijaAI does not provide medical diagnosis, is not presented through this website as a medical service, and does not guarantee detection of falls, emergencies or other events. It does not replace emergency services, medical care, professional supervision or human contact. In an emergency, call 112.
4. Pilot and equipment
The specific terms of any future Pilot, including installed equipment, duration, responsibilities, processed data and any costs, will be communicated separately to selected participants before installation or activation. The wearable and medication dispenser mentioned on the website are in development or evaluation and are not presented as available V1 features.
5. Use of the website
You may use the website for information and to submit a legitimate enquiry about the Pilot or collaboration. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, access systems without authorisation, or submit unlawful content or medical information through the public form.
6. Intellectual property
The GrijaAI name, texts, graphic elements, presentation concepts and other original materials on the website are protected under applicable law. Publication on the website does not grant permission to copy or commercially use them without authorisation.
7. Personal data
Processing of personal data submitted through the website is described in the Privacy Policy. Participants selected for a sensor-based Pilot will receive separate relevant information about data processing before installation.
8. Liability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep published information accurate and current, but the project is in development and content may change. To the extent permitted by law, GREEN SEEDS KD SRL is not responsible for medical or emergency decisions made solely on the basis of general information on this website. We may update these terms; the version published on this page is the version applicable as of the date shown above.
