1. Controller
The GrijaAI website and public Pilot form are operated by GREEN SEEDS KD SRL, CUI RO46571730, registered at Hărman, 632 Eremia Grigorescu St., Brașov County, Romania. GrijaAI is the project brand. For privacy questions or to exercise your data protection rights, contact greenseedskd@gmail.com.
2. Pilot form data
The form may collect your name, email address, town/city, relationship or role, interest in the pilot, willingness to pay/preferred price, and form language. We do not request medical data through the public form and ask you not to submit such information.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use submitted data to register and manage interest in the GrijaAI pilot, respond to requests, and support commercial validation of the project. Processing of data voluntarily submitted through the form is based on the consent given before submission. Consent may later be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Storage and service providers
Form data is transmitted through website infrastructure hosted on Vercel and stored in an access-controlled Supabase database. Technical providers may process data on behalf of the controller to the extent necessary to provide their services. We retain Pilot registrations only for as long as necessary for the purposes described and review them periodically; data relating to people who do not enter a pilot or collaboration relationship will normally be deleted or anonymised no later than 24 months after registration, unless a legal obligation or justified reason requires a different period.
5. IoT data
The public website and Pilot form are separate from the future GrijaAI IoT backend. This policy covers the website and public form; it does not cover processing of data generated by sensors in participants’ homes. Participants selected for a Pilot installation will receive a separate privacy notice before installation.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and, where applicable, object to processing. Requests can be sent to greenseedskd@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
7. Analytics and website technologies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate website usage so we can understand traffic and page performance. We do not use behavioural advertising tools through this website. If we later introduce additional technologies that require consent, we will update this policy and, where required, the consent mechanism before activating them.
8. Updates
We may update this policy when the website, service providers or GrijaAI operations change. The version published on this page is the policy applicable to the website as of the date shown above.
